PAYMENT/PRICE

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

48 hours of advance notice is required to reschedule an appointment or the deposit will be forfeited.

LATE/NO SHOW POLICY

  • If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.

  • The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment or cancels without providing advance notice of a minimum of 48 hours.

  • Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.

TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS

FIRST TOUCH UP

  • In order to to achieve the desired results you will also need to set up a touch up appointment 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment. Your brows will need to be fully healed before the first touch up.

  • It is your responsibility to book and to keep your touch-up appointment 6-8 weeks after your initial procedure.  Touch-up appointments expire at 8 weeks of your initial procedure. All touch-ups booked after the expiration date will be charged at regular touch-up prices.

YEARLY TOUCH UPS

  • Yearly touch ups can be scheduled if you would like to deposit more colour onto your brows. The period in between touch ups will depend on your skin type and how it affects the pigments of your tattoo. It is best to do yearly maintenance touch ups to avoid paying higher prices for touch ups on faded brows.

EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP

  • If you have existing permanent makeup tattoos, including brows, they must be old and faded before coming into our studio for new work. We absolutely cannot complete new work when the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large. Tattoo removal will be highly recommended before any new work can be completed.

  • Previous/existing tattoos must be photographed and emailed to thebrowden@outlook.com before scheduling a consultation appointment. We will confirm if your tattoos are faded enough to be worked on, or if laser removal is required.

GUARANTEES

  • Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees will be made, additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results.

  • Additional charges will apply. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.

  • Please refer to our FAQ section to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you and whether or not the before & after care directions are a good fit for your lifestyle.
